Delivery Information

Once you have made your online purchase, Easycosta will send your order from our warehouse or directly from the producer, without any other intermediary. This depends on different factors like availability or different products. We will send you an email notifying the dispatch date.

During the transit time the merchandise is covered by insurance. You will receive your order in the address registered in the purchase process. In case the delivery cannot be made, the courier company, either by telephone or delivery card, will agree on a new date. It is of the utmost importance for us to know if you have received your package in perfect conditions. That is why we ask you to check it before signing the delivery note, making your comments in ‘Remarks’.

In this way it will be easier to make the claim. Please do not forget to fill in your full address, including postcode and telephone. Easycosta is a company committed to the protection and preservation of the environment. Thus, and in order to avoid unnecessary carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions, shipping will be sent twice a week, making the most of the transport capacity.

Most orders ship within 1-5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the confirmation email. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery timeframe will be available to you during checkout depending on the total weight and delivery country.

Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including DHL, UPS, FedEx and the Spanish Correos. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
